1. Services

Boines Direct operates as an online-first licensed independent dealership. We facilitate the purchase, financing, and delivery of pre-owned vehicles throughout the Southeastern United States. We are a licensed Georgia motor vehicle dealer (License UCAR047916).

2. Platform Use

This platform is operated by Boines Auto Motors LLC dba Boines Direct. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

• Eligible users must be US residents aged 18 or older
• The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial vehicle purchases
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Accounts may not be transferred to another person
• Boines Direct reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion

3. Reservation Terms

Placing a reservation secures your interest in a vehicle but does not constitute a binding purchase agreement.

• A reservation requires a deposit
• The vehicle is held for a limited window after reservation
• A reservation does not guarantee financing approval; approval is subject to lender review
• Full purchase terms are confirmed at the signing stage

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment (or financing approval) is required before vehicle delivery
• Failed payments may result in reservation cancellation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit refund conditions are confirmed at the time of reservation.Boines Direct reserves the right to cancel a reservation if a vehicle is found to have a material undisclosed issue, in which case the deposit is fully refunded.

6. Vehicle Purchases

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, title, registration fees, or documentation fees.

Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold as used unless otherwise stated. A Boines Direct100-point inspection is performed on each vehicle before listing. Vehicle history is disclosed at the time of listing.

7. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 7 days or 400 miles, whichever comes first, to return your vehicle for any reason. The clock starts the moment it's delivered to your driveway.

• Day 1–2: Free return, no fee.
• Day 3–7: $350 restocking fee.
• Mileage over 400: $0.50 per mile.
• Condition: Returned in the same condition delivered — no new damage, stains, smoke or pet odor, or aftermarket modifications. We photo-inspect at delivery and pickup.
• Fuel: Return at the same fuel level it arrived with, or a fill fee applies.
• Limit: One return per customer, lifetime.
• Not eligible: Vehicles in an accident during the window, vehicles modified after delivery, or financed vehicles past the first payment date (interest and lender fees are non-refundable).

8. 7-Day Mechanical Guarantee

• Boines Direct guarantees against mechanical failures of major drivetrain components for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Covered failures must be reported to Boines Direct within the guarantee window
• The guarantee does not cover cosmetic issues, wear items, or damage caused after delivery
• Full guarantee terms are provided in the purchase agreement

9. Financing

Financing is subject to credit approval by Credit Acceptance Corporation or other lending partners. Submitting a financing application does not guarantee approval. Rates and terms vary based on creditworthiness and vehicle selection.

10. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout the Southeastern United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must be present at the delivery address and provide valid photo identification. Active full-coverage insurance is required before delivery.

11. Electronic Signatures

You agree that electronic signatures provided through our platform are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures under the E-SIGN Act.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boines Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
